I’m not the person who’ll be telling you what to do, or how to grieve, or what’s best for you right now.
These sessions are the perfect way to receive instantly-applicable guidance and clearing, providing a standing ground for you to move forward in a way that feels aligned and light.
Note: Grief is not limited to huge life tragedies and loss! Your grief could look like: losing a friendship, experiencing a breakup, death, family changes, moving away, changing/losing old parts of yourself, personality changes, or whatever you feel has brought up feelings of loss/disorientation. All flavours and variations of grief are welcome.
