1:1 Mentoring

Let's spend some time together

Do you feel curious about what’s possible in your life, beyond the position you find yourself in right now?

Are you ready to change the narrative around what ‘should’ happen (and any other ‘should’s’) so that you can actually live a life that feels nourishing to you?

_____

You’re in the right place!

You see, grief gives us our own unique rite-of-passage and calls us to really assess who we are and what we want in our lives. Part of my work is creating safety for you to access what that looks like, for you.

I’m not the person who’ll be telling you what to do, or how to grieve, or what’s best for you right now.

I’m here to help you move through your experience in a way that feels deeply empowering, freeing, and beautiful beyond what you ever thought possible!

We can call ourselves ‘too busy’ to feel and heal if we really want to (that’s fear talking!), but at the end of the day, not having (or, in this case, making time to be in) a safe space to allow our bodies, hearts and minds to process and integrate what’s unfolding, will only ever bring us more grief. Contrary to what the world tells us, our grief is not a life sentence, and it does not define our future.

If this resonates with you or peaks your curiosity, I offer 60-minute mentoring sessions, that can recur on a timeline we set between us. These give you an intentional space to:
> Openly share what you’re experiencing, without being met with judgement or advice-giving
> Be guided through deep relaxation and energy release
> Receive intuitive guidance and lean into your own
… and more!

These sessions are the perfect way to receive instantly-applicable guidance and clearing, providing a standing ground for you to move forward in a way that feels aligned and light.

Note: Grief is not limited to huge life tragedies and loss! Your grief could look like: losing a friendship, experiencing a breakup, death, family changes, moving away, changing/losing old parts of yourself, personality changes, or whatever you feel has brought up feelings of loss/disorientation. All flavours and variations of grief are welcome.
